Welcome to wildesunglasses.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Wilde Sunglasses S.L., with registered office in Barcelona, Spain. By accessing and using our Website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

Wilde Sunglasses complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data protection laws.

By using our Website, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your information will only be used for processing your order, customer service, and, if you consent, marketing communications.
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data at any time.

2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
By placing an order, you warrant that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
All orders are subject to availability, confirmation, and acceptance. Once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in the following cases:

Product unavailable or out of stock.
Payment authorization denied.
Fraudulent or invalid customer information.
Errors in price or product description.

3. PRICES, TAXES & PAYMENTS

Prices displayed for deliveries within the European Union include VAT (IVA).
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, tariffs, or local taxes may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards. Wilde Sunglasses reserves the right to cancel an order if payment fails or incorrect information is provided.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer free shipping within mainland Spain.
Orders to the Canary Islands are subject to a €25 shipping fee.
International shipping costs and times vary by destination.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Note for U.S. customers (as of August 2025):
A 15% import tariff applies due to EU–US trade regulations.

5. EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We want you to love your Wilde Sunglasses. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your order under the following conditions:

Exchange/Return Period: 15 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges: Free of charge within 30 days, provided the item is in original condition, with packaging and accessories.
Returns for Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.
Custom Products: Unique or custom-made orders (e.g., custom lenses) are non-refundable. If returned, Wilde Sunglasses will refund 50% of the lens price only.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no cost.

International Returns: Customers outside Spain must cover return shipping costs. Duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Each pair of Wilde Sunglasses is handcrafted in small collections using traditional techniques.

As handmade items, slight variations may occur.
Adjustments to fit may be required; acetate frames can be adapted in-store or at any optical shop.
We do not mass-produce, and plastic is not used in our products. You are purchasing an item designed to last for years.

7. WARRANTY

All Wilde Sunglasses are covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions.
Normal wear and tear.

If your sunglasses are defective under warranty, please contact us for assistance.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wilde Sunglasses is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
Images and descriptions on the Website are provided for reference. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on your device.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to the consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.
