At Wilde Sunglasses, each pair is handcrafted with care and shipped worldwide from our workshop in Barcelona. Please review our shipping and returns policy before placing your order.

1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.
Delivery times vary depending on the country and shipping option chosen.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a confirmation.

Spain

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
A fixed €25 customs surcharge applies to all orders shipped to the Canary Islands.

European Union

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Prices include VAT.
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

International (Outside EU)

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for local duties, customs fees, or taxes. Wilde Sunglasses cannot reimburse these charges.
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.

United States

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Imports may be subject to duties or taxes collected by U.S. Customs upon delivery.
Most single-pair orders under $800 typically enter duty-free.
If duties apply, the carrier will contact you before delivery.
As of August 2025, a 15% import tariff applies to all U.S. orders due to EU–US trade regulations.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel confident about your Wilde Sunglasses purchase.

Exchanges: Free within 30 days, item must be unused, in original packaging and with accessories.
Returns for refund: Accepted within 15 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies.
Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom lenses) are non-refundable. If returned, Wilde will refund 50% of the lens price.
Damaged or defective items: Contact us immediately; we will replace them at no cost and cover return shipping.
International returns: Customers must cover return shipping. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

3. WARRANTY

All Wilde Sunglasses include a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear.

4. PRODUCT NOTE

Wilde Sunglasses are handmade in small collections using traditional techniques.

Slight variations are part of the artisanal process.
Acetate frames may require minor adjustments for fit; these can be done at Wilde stores or any optician.
Our sunglasses are designed to last for years, not mass-produced with plastic materials.
